Spaghetti was from Marks and Spencer, that I do not recommend, for it lacks the rich flavor of wheat that you'd expect from almost any italian-made spaghetti.
Have chosen some lamb shoulder meat from South New Zealand, diced them, seasoned with mixed herbs, pepper and salt.
